There’s a Twitter account @SpotifyWeird and subreddit /r/WeirdSpotifyPlaylists and that both are dedicated to just that – making funny and weird Spotify playlists that don’t really aim to set the mood as much as they aim to give people a good laugh or to communicate a state of mind or a short story.
