Tutorial: How to make your lips fuller

Use a white/nude pencil in the middle of your lips,Moisturize your lips with a lip balm before  doing anything else. Outline and fill in the lips with a lip pencil /another type of eye liner if you prefer. Use your fingers to mix the colors together. For a glamorous finish, use a really sheer lipstick of simply a nude gloss.
